A Blend of Tradition, Nature, and Bold Flavors
Our Story
At Petals & Pistols Coffee Co,
Our name tells a story of two passions beautifully intertwined—much like the delicate and bold flavors of our coffee. "Petals" represents the elegance and beauty of nature, inspired by one founder’s love for flowers. "Pistols" reflects the rugged outdoors and adventure, embodying the spirit of hunting and the wild.
Together, our shared love for coffee unites these elements, offering a product that’s as unique as our story. Rooted in South African traditions, like brewing "moerkoffie" over an open flame, we create coffee that celebrates culture, heritage, and the joy of shared experiences. Each cup is a journey—whether it's around a campfire or in the comfort of your home.
Join us as we brew moments of connection, adventure, and warmth in every cup.

We carefully select 100% Arabica beans from sustainable farms. Our commitment to ethical sourcing ensures that our coffee not only tastes great but is also produced with respect for people and the planet.

For the best taste, we recommend savoring our Coffee Blends within three months of roasting. To ensure every cup is as fresh as possible, we roast our beans to order. What the grind?
Grind Size Guide: Brew Like a Pro!
Whole Beans: Keep it fresh and grind it yourself! Whole beans are perfect for those who want to enjoy the full flavor by grinding just before brewing. Great for any method you love!
Coarse Grind: Think chunky and coarse—like big grains of salt! Ideal for French Press, Cold Brew, and Percolators. It lets your coffee brew slowly for a smooth, full-bodied cup.
Medium Grind: Just the right texture—like sea salt! Perfect for drip coffee makers and pour-over styles like Chemex and Aeropress. It’s your go-to for balanced flavor and extraction.
Fine Grind: Super fine and smooth, almost like powdered sugar! Best for Espresso machines, Moka pots, and Turkish coffee. This grind gives you a rich, concentrated coffee kick.
Play around with these grinds and find your perfect coffee match. Cheers to brewing delicious cups!
